Rooms And Rates
Holly Tree Manor has three bedrooms on the second floor to accommodate guests; named respectively,
The Blue Room, The Wicker Room, and The Suite. The Blue Room has two twin beds, or a king-size bed
if desired by the guests, and shares a bathroom with The Wicker Room. It rents for $120.00 per night
plus applicable taxes. The Wicker Room has a queen-size bed and also rents for $120.00 per night plus
taxes. Both rooms are on the west side of the house and afford an excellent view of the country side and the setting
sun. The Suite consists of a large bedroom with a full-size bed, a small sitting room with a futon and television set,
and a very large bathroom. The Suite rents for $150.00 per night plus taxes. All three bedrooms
are equipped with an overhead fan, central heating, and air conditioning. A large television set is available for the
guests in the second floor hallway.
If reserved for only one night, payment
in full in US Dollars is required for each room at the time of reservation. If reserved for more than one night, a deposit
of 50 percent is required. Also, please note, because many of our guests travel long distances from foreign countries to meet
Barbara and speak of Elvis and often need long lead times to arrange travel, we regrettably must have a strict cancellation
policy. We hope you do not have to cancel, but if you must, please let us know as soon as possible. If cancelled
more than two weeks before the reservation, a processing fee of $50.00 will be charged. If cancelled within two weeks of the
reservation, the full payment less the tax is forfeited unless the room can be re-booked.
If re-booked, the deposit minus the processing fee will be refunded. We accept PAYPAL, VISA, MC, and most other credit
and debit cards, as well as cashier’s checks.
